More of a Photo Producer these days. Overwhelmed? Let me bring my years of experience to table—helping you execute your creative vision. While still offering mood boards, photo direction, editing and overseeing color and retouching as requested. From location to studio.
Steve Kennevan
Coming from a long line of artists, I’ve had the family support that so many do not have in pursuing a career in the arts. By age fifteen I had built a portfolio that earned me admission to an advanced art program in my junior and senior years of high school. Upon graduation I attended the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, and have lived so many lives in the field ever since: as an illustrator, designer, photo-art and creative director.
I’ve honed my skill-sets throughout my career, including studying abroad in Florence, Italy, through Studio Art Centers International (SACI). I’m continually interested in new means of expression that I can bring to the table.
My goal is not merely to create compelling work, but to address each client’s needs. Whether leading a visual concept to completion or following another’s direction, I’ve always found it thrilling to collaborate with smart, passionate people, all striving for an over-arching narrative. I’ve been very fortunate to work closely with so many talented creative and business people alike.
When asked about the purpose of graphic design, the great Milton Glaser summed it up best: “To inform and to delight.”
